Our unique process combines microalgae with natural binders to create a sustainable alternative to standard concrete.
Step 1
Grow algae in open raceway ponds (ORP)
Step 2
Facilitate the conversion of algae into biogenic limestone through biomineralization
Step 3
Biomineralized algae dries in the sun
Step 4
Biomineral for final product is ready
Step 5
Add Proprietary binder system
Step 6
ProZERO™ is READY to be supplemented into any mix design
Applied using standard industry practices
Add sand, aggregate, & cement
Yields Carbon Negative Concrete
To recap, here’s how the process works

Answers to our most frequently asked questions
Where do you grow the algae?
We have strategic partners that are based in key growing climates to ensure efficiencies and effectiveness of the algae
Do you have EPDs?
Given the timeframe requirement for an EPD, we have a third-party LCA that demonstrates our GWP.
How is the performance of ProZERO compared to traditional concrete?
We can achieve compressive strengths from flowable fill (150 PSI) up to 6000 PSI in both interior and exterior applications.
Due to the fact we are an SCM, you still have the same long-term performance you would expect from traditional cement and concrete
Where has your product been used?
We have done pours in Colorado and Missouri (see case studies). We continue to pour our ProZERO blend in many building sectors and we will share those updates frequently.
